Meditation for modern people. We offer secular, mindfulness meditation, also known as Insight meditation, adapted from Buddhist Vipassana tradition.

Live Classes

Join our live, drop-in classes in Seattle. Classes begin with a short talk about ways to be more mindful, meditation techniques or other mindfulness topics. We will meditate for about 30 minutes and finish with Q & A.

Workspace Sessions

Certified by the Center for Mindful Business, we’ll bring mindfulness sessions to your work. We also offer team building, mindful leadership and mindful communication. On-site or virtual classes available.

Group Sessions

Create your own group sessions at a time and place that meets your needs. Begin your event, retreat or girls’ weekend with private group meditation. We’ll hold the session at your site, or provide a site for your group.

Private Coaching

Need to get your existing practice back on track? Want to bring meditation into your life but don’t know where to begin? A live teacher can coach you and answer questions in ways that no app can match. In-person or virtual sessions will be tailored to your needs and experience level.

Mindfulness Afterschool
(Ages 5 – 11)

Children learn to identify and regulate their emotions through creative play and art activities. These mindfulness techniques for kids increase focus, reduce stress and build confidence. Contact us to receive a class proposal.
